Shipping & Returns Policy
Minimum order & Shipping Fee.
There is no minimum order for delivery island-wide in Singapore. We only charge a flat shipping fee of 5 SGD for any order amount.
We provide FREE DELIVERY for orders of 65 SGD & above.
An order can be delivered to one address only. If you require orders to be sent to multiple addresses you will need to place a separate order for each address.
Please make sure that your name, shipping address & phone number are full/complete. We will not be liable for delivery to the wrong address. In the case that the shipment is returned to us due to incomplete/wrong address or refusual of package by recepient, the shipping fee paid will not be refunded.
NOTE: No deliveries will be made to Jurong Island, Jurong Port, Changi Airfreight Centre, Changi Airport Transit Lounges, PSA Terminals, Military Camps/ Defence Complexes, Police/Special Ops/SCDF stations, prisons, restricted areas & other off-shore islands.
Bulk Order or Group-Buy.
Yes, we do offer additional discounts for large orders to be delivered to one address.

We do accept cash on delivery.
When an order has been placed, an order confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please note that this only indicates that your order has been placed & pending to be processed.
If you notice any errors on your order confirmation, please Whatsapp us at 9078-4098 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible to modify or cancel your order. We will endeavour to stop the order from being processed or shipped, but there is no guarantee that this will be done in time.
Order Processing & Shipping.
All orders are processed & shipped out within 1–3 working days upon payment confirmation. Order processing is carried out during working hours, Monday to Friday (9am-6pm), excluding weekends & public holidays. Orders placed after 6pm will be processed on the next working day.
We ship out all orders using standard courier services. Shipping transit usually takes 1-2 business days to reach your door.
Changing / Cancelling Order.
If you have placed an order & would like to cancel or change it, please Whatsapp us at 9078-4098 or email us at email@example.com as soon as possible.
Please include your Name, Contact Number & Order Number in your email. We will endeavour to stop the order from being processed or shipped, but there is no guarantee that this will be done in time.
Unfortunately, Pehnava Kart, Singapore is not responsible for lost/stolen packages or packages damaged in transit. However, we will work with you to quickly resolve the issue with our shipping company.
If you see major damage to your package or any other issues with delivery, please take a video of your package before opening it till unpacking is completed & Whatsapp us at 9078-4098 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your Name, Contact Number & Order Number. Don’t forget to attach your video to the message.
If you believe your package is lost or stolen, please contact us as soon as possible with your Name, Contact Number & Order Number (please be prepared to provide an alternative & secure address if a second delivery attempt is necessary).
If you notice an item is missing or a wrong item has been delivered, please take a video of your package before opening it till unpacking is completed & Whatsapp us at 9078-4098 or email us at email@example.com with your Name, Contact Number & Order Number.
Pehnava Kart, Singapore reserves the right to limit or deny refunds & replacements.
We do not accept any returns or exchange if the products delivered are not defective & correctly match the order that you had placed (product variant & quantity).
For products that have been damaged, or a wrong item has been delivered, or an item is missing from your package, we will refund you in store credits equivalent to the value of the damaged / missing items once verified.
Please note that to be eligible for refund, it’s necessary to have video of unpacking of package.
